1、看結合部位是否平整。自動攪拌一體車零配件在搬運、存放過程中，由于振動、磕碰，常會在結合部位產生毛刺、壓痕、破損或裂紋，影響自動攪拌一體車零件的使用。選購時應注意檢查。

1. See if the joint is smooth. During the transportation and storage of concrete mixer parts, due to vibration and collision, burr, indentation, damage or crack often occur at the joint, which affects the use of concrete mixer parts. Pay attention to the inspection when purchasing.

2、看零件表面有無銹蝕。合格的自動攪拌一體車零配件表面，既有一定的精度又有錚亮的光潔度，越是重要的零配件，精度越高，包裝防銹防腐越嚴格。選購時應注意檢查，若發(fā)現混凝土攪拌車零件有銹蝕斑點、霉變斑點或橡膠件龜裂、失去彈性，或軸頸表面有明顯車刀紋路，應予調換。

2. Check the surface of parts for corrosion. The surface of qualified concrete mixer parts has a certain precision and a bright finish. The more important the parts are, the higher the precision is, the more strict the anti rust and anti-corrosion of packaging is. When purchasing, pay attention to inspection. 3、看轉動部件是否靈活。選購機油泵等轉動部件總成時，用手轉動泵軸，應感到靈活無卡滯；選購自動攪拌一體車車滾動軸承時，一手支撐軸承內環(huán)，另一手打轉外環(huán)，外環(huán)應能快速自如轉動，然后逐漸停轉。若轉動部件轉動不靈，說明內部銹蝕或產生變形，不要購買。

3. See if the rotating parts are flexible. When purchasing the oil pump and other rotating parts assembly, the pump shaft should be rotated by hand to feel flexible without sticking; when purchasing the rolling bearing of the concrete mixer truck, one hand should support the inner ring of the bearing, the other hand should rotate the outer ring, and the outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then stop gradually. If the rotating parts do not work well, it means that the internal corrosion or deformation, do not buy.

4、看幾何尺寸有無變形。有些自動攪拌一體車配件零件因制造、運輸、存放不當，易產生變形。檢查時，可將軸類零件沿玻璃板滾動一圈，看零件與玻璃板貼合處有無漏光來判斷是否彎曲。

選購自動攪拌一體車離合器從動盤鋼片或摩擦片時，可將鋼片、摩擦片舉在眼前觀察其是否翹曲；在選購油封時，帶骨架的油封端面應呈正圓形，能與平板玻璃貼合無撓曲；無骨架油封外緣應端正，用手握使其變形，松手后應能恢復原狀。在選購各類襯墊時，也應注意檢查幾何尺寸及形狀。
