不僅是這些大型的貨運(yùn)卡車(chē),自動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)一直以來(lái)也是超載的重災(zāi)區(qū),也是行業(yè)的常態(tài)。可以很肯定地說(shuō),幾乎市面上100%的攪拌車(chē)都有超載的問(wèn)題,要知道一臺(tái)車(chē)多拉一方混凝土,利潤(rùn)是非??捎^的。所以,攪拌車(chē)廠家為了迎合市場(chǎng)的需求,也為了讓自己的產(chǎn)品賣(mài)得更好一些,不得不在攪拌筒的容積上面做手腳。

在確定一臺(tái)攪拌車(chē)是否超載之前,我們需要了解下面三個(gè)概念:幾何容積、攪拌容積和攪拌車(chē)容積分別指什么?
Before determining whether a mixer truck is overloaded, we need to understand the following three concepts: geometric volume, mixing volume and mixer volume respectively?
1、幾何容積:攪拌桶實(shí)際幾何容積,它是指攪拌罐在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),用數(shù)學(xué)方法計(jì)算出來(lái)的容積大小。
1. Geometric volume: the actual geometric volume of the mixing drum, which refers to the volume calculated by mathematical method when the mixing tank is designed.
2、攪拌容積:攪拌車(chē)于水平位置,攪拌桶能容納的未經(jīng)攪拌的混凝土物料(包括水),并能攪拌出運(yùn)混凝土的量(以搗實(shí)后的體積計(jì)),是攪拌車(chē)能夠裝載混凝土物料混合物(包括水、水泥、沙石等)不產(chǎn)生漏料現(xiàn)象的容量。一般我們?nèi)粘7Q(chēng)的幾立方攪拌車(chē)都是指攪拌車(chē)的攪拌容積。
2. Mixing volume: as for the horizontal position of the mixer truck, the amount of concrete materials (including water) that can be contained in the mixing bucket and transported to the concrete (in terms of the volume after tamping) is the capacity of the mixer truck to load the mixture of concrete materials (including water, cement, sand, etc.) without leakage. In general, we call a few cubic meters mixer truck is the mixing volume of the mixer.
3、攪拌車(chē)容積:攪拌車(chē)能夠運(yùn)輸?shù)念A(yù)拌混凝土量(以搗實(shí)后的體積計(jì)),可以看成攪拌車(chē)到達(dá)工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所能夠卸下的混凝土方量??紤]到上坡的時(shí)候攪拌筒會(huì)有傾斜,因此攪拌車(chē)容積是小的。三者在數(shù)值上的大小關(guān)系應(yīng)該是:幾何容積>攪拌容積>攪拌車(chē)容積,我們經(jīng)常所說(shuō)的,多少方的攪拌車(chē),指的就是它的攪動(dòng)容積。
3. Volume of mixer truck: the volume of ready mixed concrete that can be transported by the mixer truck (based on the volume after tamping), which can be regarded as the volume of concrete that can be unloaded when the mixer truck arrives at the project site. Considering that the mixing drum will incline when going up the slope, the volume of the mixer truck is small. The relationship between the three in numerical value should be: geometric volume > mixing volume > mixer volume. As we often say, the number of square mixer truck refers to its stirring volume.
為了防范這一問(wèn)題,在左右車(chē)門(mén)要噴涂限載字樣或者是總質(zhì)量的字樣標(biāo)識(shí),以此來(lái)監(jiān)督攪拌車(chē)超載的問(wèn)題。
