1.關(guān)閉控制室電源開關(guān),并懸掛“不關(guān)閉”警告標(biāo)志。

2.通知裝載機(jī)發(fā)生碰撞,并將裝載機(jī)斗與主機(jī)進(jìn)料口對(duì)齊。

3.打開倉庫門,員工穿戴防護(hù)裝備進(jìn)入主機(jī)。用鏟子、風(fēng)槍等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

4.打開卸車門,將可卸車的未攪拌混凝土卸車。

5.清理完罐內(nèi)混凝土后,工作人員檢查主機(jī)葉片是否有損壞,直到確認(rèn)主機(jī)底板和葉片完好為止。工作人員離開主機(jī)后,關(guān)閉主機(jī)倉門。
