驅(qū)動(dòng)橋分為斷開(kāi)式和非斷開(kāi)式兩種。中、大型攪拌車(chē)一般采用非斷開(kāi)式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋，由主減速器、差速器、半軸和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼等部分組成，動(dòng)力從變速器--傳動(dòng)軸--主減速器----差速器--左、右半軸（外端凸緣盤(pán)法蘭）--輪轂（輪轂在半軸套管上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)）--輪胎輪輞（鋼圈）。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋通過(guò)懸架系統(tǒng)與車(chē)架相連，由于半軸與橋殼是剛性連成一體的，因此半軸和驅(qū)動(dòng)輪不能在橫向平面運(yùn)動(dòng)。故稱(chēng)這種驅(qū)動(dòng)橋?yàn)榉菙嚅_(kāi)式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋，亦稱(chēng)整體式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。
